Veterans of DFA

Thanking DFA veterans for their commitment to our university, our communities & our nation

The Division of Finance and Administration recognizes the immeasurable contributions of the many DFA staff members who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces, dedicating years of their lives to the defense and protection of our nation and its citizens - often at the risk of their safety and at high personal cost.

The DFA is truly grateful for their service, their sacrifice and their ongoing commitment to public service as we work together toward our shared mission of supporting the education and exploration of students across our state, our country and the world. Our military veterans and active-duty personnel exemplify the DFA’s core values as organization – accountability, diversity, integrity, respect and social responsibility.

We are honored to share a few of their stories here and extend our heartfelt thanks to these individuals for sharing their stories with us.
