Bruce Daley
Bruce Daley serves as the Associate Vice President for Facilities Planning and Management at Oregon State University, where he provides strategic leadership for the university’s built environment. With over two decades of senior administrative experience—14 of those in higher education—Mr. Daley oversees a comprehensive portfolio that includes facilities services, capital construction, sustainability, transportation, real property, and campus planning.
Under his leadership, Oregon State has advanced a $3.375 billion 10-year capital forecast plan, increased annual capital construction from $110 million to $321 million, and removed $149 million in deferred maintenance over five years. He manages operations and maintenance for more than 6 million square feet across 140 buildings and stewards over 23,000 acres of university-owned property.
Mr. Daley is recognized for his collaborative leadership style, operational excellence, and commitment to supporting the university’s $422 million in annual research activity through sustainable and strategic infrastructure development. He holds a Bachelor of General Studies degree with an emphasis in Construction Management from Brigham Young University.
