The Office of the Vice President for Finance and Administration provides oversight and stewardship for the university's administrative functions and services in support of Vice President Carla Ho'a and OSU's leadership team. 

Requests for Signature from the Vice President 

Please coordinate in advance with the Vice President's Administrative Director to ensure that your materials can be signed in a timely manner. 

Requests and documents should be sent via DocuSign. 

1. For DocuSign requests, please make Heidi Clarke the first approver, followed by the vice president.
2. Use the VPFA's correct name and title: 
   • Carla Ho'a
   • Vice President for Finance and Administration and CFO
3. Please include background information, evidence of previous reviewers (such as a department head, Procurement, Contract Services or the Office of General Counsel) and any relevant explanations for the vice president.
